The Red Cast

We took Carson in for a check up visit and the orthopedic Dr. said he needs a cast for sure. She said his finger would start to twist and grow sideways if he doesn't get a cast.  He has to wear it for three weeks! That means he is out of the baseball for the rest of the season.  When we left the Dr. with the new cast Carson was very upset. He said over and over, "My life is ruined!".  Poor kid! The good news is that he gets the cast off on the first day of summer! Yay.
Carson's friend broke his arm a couple days after Carson's finger broke. So they are best buddies eating lunch together in the office with their casts.
