Carson has really become quite the ball player this year. He has a coach that has really taught the boys a lot. His whole team has improved so much. Carson is so excited about every game, and there are a lot of them. At least two a week. We all have a lot of fun watching his games. They do get exciting. One week someone was criticizing one of the youth umpires and yelling at him. I was surprised when JB stood up and yelled at the guy and told him to be quiet. He reminded the guy that these umpires are just kids. I didn't expect JB to be so rattled up even though the guy was being really rude. Now Carson is excited to be an umpire in a few more years. That makes me feel really old that Carson can umpire little leagues games in a few more years.
