It was a beautiful 4th of July! We started the day at Old Poway Park with crafts, relays, and of course met Uncle Sam. We went back home for some swimming and a BBQ. We headed down to the U.S.S Midway but had to make a stop at Tacos el Gordo for a some more food, yes Mexican food on the 4th. We had a great time on the Midway. Carson and Jackson thought the air crafts were the coolest thing ever. There was dancing, bounce houses, and an amazing firework show. We could see all the firework shows on the harbor.

We had Great Grandpa Jones in town this year for the 4th!
